Because our services are digital and our fees are very low (starting from $2), all sales are generally final. This means they are non-refundable. The small fee you pay covers the cost of creating your temporary reservation and document.
Our dummy tickets are only for verification purposes, like visa applications. They are not valid for actual travel. Buying a dummy ticket does not guarantee that your visa will be approved. The embassy alone makes that decision based on your entire application.
2. When We Consider Refunds
While we generally do not offer refunds, we will review your case for a refund or a new document in these specific situations:
- You Did Not Receive Your Document: If we fail to email you the document within our stated delivery time (usually up to 60 minutes) due to a system error on our end.
- Major Error by Us: If the document has a significant error that was our fault. For example, if we use a completely wrong name or flight path that is different from what you entered on the order form. Minor typos may not qualify.
To qualify for these exceptions, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and provide proof of the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your Order Number or the email you used to order.
- A clear description of the problem.
- Screenshots or other proof to support your claim.
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1-2 business days.
4. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not provide refunds for the following reasons:
- Your visa application was rejected.
- You changed your mind after we sent the document.
- You provided incorrect information (like a name or date) when ordering.
- You did not use the document before it expired.
- You no longer need the document for any reason.
