Purchasing a dummy ticket does not guarantee visa approval, as visa decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective embassies or consulates based on their complete assessment of your application.

2. Exceptions for Refund Consideration

While our services are generally non-refundable, we may consider a refund or re-issuance under the following specific circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your ordered document via email (and WhatsApp, if selected) within our stated maximum delivery timeframe (typically 60 minutes, but please refer to the specific timeframe mentioned during your order process), and the fault is determined to be ours (e.g., system error).
• Significant Error on Our Part: If the document you receive contains a significant error in the primary details (e.g., completely wrong passenger name, incorrect flight route that differs from what you provided in the order form) that was clearly due to an error in our generation process. Minor typographical errors that do not impede the document's primary purpose for verification may not qualify.

To be considered for a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 24 hours of your order placement with proof of the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund (for eligible exceptions)
