What is included in your hotel confirmations?
Our hotel confirmations include everything an embassy needs to see: your name, check-in/check-out dates, and the hotel's name and address. It serves as your proof of accommodation.
Can I request a specific hotel?
Yes. You can enter a preferred hotel name in the order form. If you don't have one, we will select a suitable, well-regarded hotel in your destination city for you.
Can I use this booking to check into the hotel?
No. Just like our flight tickets, these hotel bookings are for visa purposes only. They are not valid for an actual stay. You must book your real accommodation separately.
Travel Insurance Questions
What does your insurance document show?
The document shows that you have travel insurance that meets embassy requirements. It includes your name, policy details, and coverage amounts (e.g., €30,000 for Schengen visas).
Is this a real insurance policy?
No. This is a document to prove you have arranged for insurance, which is a visa requirement. It is not an active policy and does not provide actual coverage. You should always buy real travel insurance for your trip.
